Something to ponder

It’s not what you call me, but what I answer to.

~ African proverb ~

As I ponder this proverb, it hits a place in my heart very deep. What have we been led to believe about ourselves? What do you answer to dear Goddess. For me I choose to answer only to love. I do realise that sometimes this takes time to believe in yourself. Nurture yourself and take time out for yourself is something us Goddesses have always had trouble with. But as we learn that this time out for ourselves truly supports us then you may realise that you are absolutely worth it – in every way. 🙂 Blissings Luanne

Back from Retreat

So here I am back from my 6 day retreat at Uki.We started off with a 3 day juice detox, then we ate raw food for the rest of the time. I was so amazed at how wonderful raw food could actually taste. We had lectures each day and lots of free time to relax and time to reconnect back into nature and stop the constant “noise” that sometimes appears in your head when we are all rushing around in our daily lives.

Journalling each day was very therapeutic and something I enjoyed doing.

So now I am back in Melbourne and have come back with a refreshed, renewed and relaxed outlook for the mad rush to Christmas. I met so many wonderful women and one man who joined us. There were 11 of us there and each person reflected back to me some wonderful messages for me to take back to my daily life. And so now I have a love for raw food and the energy I regained while on the retreat, I feel just so wonderful and healthy. I played with my Goddess oracle cards each day and just sat and let messages come in when they needed to.

So as I move forward now to the New Year I know that I am off to a wonderful start. Next comes time to see, feel, hear and think about what we will manifest into the next 12 months.
